1. Processing Time
Each GlowPaw holographic memorial is custom-made to order with your personalized photos and specifications. Our production process ensures the highest quality for your cherished memories.
Standard Processing Time
5-7 business days from order confirmation
Processing time begins once we receive your order and verify your uploaded photos meet our quality standards. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Peak Season Processing
During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing time may extend to 10-14 business days.
We will notify you via email if your order will require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Standard Shipping (Free)
Delivery: 5-8 business days after shipment
Cost: FREE on all orders
Tracking information provided. Signature not required.
Expedited Shipping
Delivery: 2-3 business days after shipment
Cost: $19.99
Tracking information provided. Signature not required.
Express Shipping
Delivery: 1-2 business days after shipment
Cost: $34.99
Tracking information provided. Signature may be required.
Important: Expedited and Express shipping options only affect delivery time, not processing time. Your order will still require 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your holographic memorial arrives safely:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) - Standard shipping
- UPS (United Parcel Service) - Expedited and Express shipping
- FedEx - Express shipping (select locations)
The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and chosen shipping method to ensure optimal delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Direct link to track your package
You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories.
Special Considerations:
- Alaska & Hawaii: May require additional 2-4 business days for delivery
- P.O. Boxes: Accepted for Standard shipping only
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Accepted with Standard shipping, delivery times may vary
6. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International orders require additional processing and delivery time.
International Shipping Details
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Delivery Time: 10-21 business days (varies by country)
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country
- Providing accurate customs information
- Any delays caused by customs clearance
These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery. GlowPaw has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

- New Zealand
- Select countries in Asia and South America

7. Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Complete and accurate street address (we cannot ship to incomplete addresses)
- Apartment, suite, or unit number if applicable
- Valid phone number for delivery contact
- Correct ZIP/postal code
Important: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
8. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your property (porches, garages, mailrooms)
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at support@myglowpaw.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and file a claim if necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 7 days at support@myglowpaw.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect address information
- Holidays and peak shipping seasons
GlowPaw is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your package.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package, resulting in its return to us:
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee of 20% may apply
- Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs and restocking fees
- Custom products may not be eligible for refund
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or provide delivery instructions to the carrier if needed.

To ensure delivery by specific holidays, please place your order by the following deadlines:
